As a leading and innovative company, we need qualified and driven employees. We are currently looking for an experienced and strong Project Manager.

• You lead various projects and therefore also manage the project contracts, the associated commercial, technical and operational opportunities and risks;
• You are in the lead with regard to all project activities aimed at project execution and progress. This, of course, within the set project objectives in terms of time, money, quality and safety.
• You will contribute to the quality of the project contract during the proposal process. In this, you then work closely with the Sales department to identify and manage project risks at an early stage.
• After project delivery, you evaluate the process with the customer and internal project team members. You record and share the resulting improvement measures and lessons learned with relevant colleagues;
• You report periodically to management on the status of the projects. You do this by means of the Project Review Process.

• As previously outlined, project management within Paques is occasionally top sport. To qualify for Paques' project management team, we ask the following of you:
• You have at least a completed HBO education in a relevant technical field;
• You preferably hold an IPMA B certificate, or comparable. Or you can demonstrate your understanding of the necessary project management methodologies through experience;
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in capital goods) and are looking forward to adding large turnkey contracts/projects to your track record;
• Due to the international nature of this position, it is essential that you are fluent in English. If you speak other foreign languages in addition to this, that's a bonus! You will not only practise these language skills over the phone or via email, you will also travel to the various client locations.

• A full-time position with the prospect of a fixed contract;
• A competitive salary. You'll receive full time salary between € 5,078 and € 6,824 gross per month, based on experience.
